Network Compatibility Information

Some CPAP machines come with built-in network modems that use specific technologies to send data. While these devices are designed by their manufacturers to be compatible with networks across Australia, coverage can vary depending on your location. This means the network features might not work as expected in some areas.

If you’re having trouble with connectivity, try moving your CPAP machine closer to a window or to an area with better signal.

Don’t worry though, this won’t affect your therapy! The machine will continue to deliver your treatment as normal, even if the network features aren’t available. There are also plenty of offline ways to access your therapy and compliance data. You can use the SD card in your machine or third-party programs like OSCAR or SleepHQ to view your data. If you need help with this, we’re always happy to assist.

It’s worth noting that network coverage issues aren’t considered a fault and aren’t covered under warranty.

If you’re travelling or relocating within Australia or abroad, bear in mind that network functionality may vary due to differences in network technologies. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us as we’re here to help.

Consent for Data Usage in Remote Monitoring Systems

By placing an order with us, you consent to the use of your personal and therapy-related information in remote patient monitoring systems such as ResMed AirView, Philips Care Orchestrator, Fisher & Paykel InfoSmart, Löwenstein PrismaCLOUD, BMC PAP Link, Sefam Connect, and third-party services such as SleepHQ.

These platforms allow us to access and review your therapy data to assist you in achieving the best possible outcomes from your CPAP therapy. Our team may use this data to monitor your progress, address any concerns, and make adjustments or recommendations as needed to improve your treatment experience.

You may contact us at any time to learn more or to withdraw your consent. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
